Description: The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the Mary Ellen McCormack Redevelopment project located in South Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the recently filed PNF. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public. The Proposed Project Mary Ellen McCormack Redevelopment will provide 100% replacement of the existing 1,016 deeply affordable homes for current residents while adding additional market rate and middle-income residential units. The Project is comprised of 1,365 units of new mixed-income housing (572 of which will be affordable replacement units), 69,000 square feet of community and retail space, 2.3 acres of open space, and approximately 520 new parking spaces.
