Description:

The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the 279 Maverick Street project located in East Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application Filing. The meeting will include a presentation followed by Q&A and comments from the general public.

The proposed project consists of a new five story mixed use building, containing thirty two residential units, one commercial unit containing approximately 1,774 square feet, eighteen accessory off-street parking spaces located in the building’s at grade garage and 34 bike racks.
