The BPDA will be hosting a virtual Impact Advisory Group (“IAG”) meeting in connection with the First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Master Plan for Planned Development Area No. 87, Boston Landing and the Third Amendment to the Amended and Restated Development Plan for the Sports Facility Project in Boston Landing (Amendments). The Amendments were submitted to the BPDA on June 22, 2021 and request use of Electronic Signs for the Sports Facility Project. Any Electronic Sign shall be subject to design review and approval by the BPDA prior to the issuance of a building permit for such sign.

Please note that the purpose of this meeting is different than that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, Impact Advisory Group (IAG) members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
