This is a Public Meeting to discuss the proposed 109 Brookline Avenue project.
The Proponent (IQHQ) is proposing an approximately 250,000 square foot building at 109 Brookline Avenue intended for office, laboratory, research and development, ground-floor retail, and below-grade parking.
