Description:

Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) sponsored public meeting to discuss a proposed map amendment to Article 65 of the Boston Zoning Code. Article 65 of the Boston Zoning Code is the Dorchester Neighborhood District Article and the proposed map amendment seeks to extend the Community Commercial (CC) zoning subdistrict to include the area bounded by Jan Karski Way, Enterprise Street, Boston Street, and West Bellflower Street in Dorchester, which is currently zoned as a 3F-5000 subdistrict.
