Description:

The DiSipio Building Group propose to construct a four-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 49,950 square feet. The proposed project will have forty-seven (47) rental units which includes six (6) IDP Units, an approximately 2,540 square feet of commercial retail space, and thirty-three (33) garage parking spaces.
