PLAN: Dudley Square Workshop

The BPDA is postponing all BPDA-hosted public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning studies until further notice.

While projects will continue to be reviewed internally by BPDA staff, the public review process for both Article 80 development projects and the BPDA's planning studies is on hold until public meetings can be resumed.

The July PLAN: Dudley Square Workshop will continue on the work of previous workshops to review comments and present updates to the current RFPs. Additionally, there will be an in-depth discussion around Nawn, Parcel 8 and Blair Lot.

Workshop Follow-Up
On July 22nd, the BPDA presented updates to the RFPs for Nawn Factory, Parcel 8, and Blair Lot. They also provided a brief update on Good Job Standards. The City Archeaologist, Joe Bagly, also provided more insight into the archeological significance of the site and gave more context to the history of both Parcel 8 and Nawn factory. 

The comment period for the PLAN: Dudley Square Nawn Factory, Parcel 8, and Blair Lot has also been extended until August 5, 2019. To review the RFPs and leave comments, please visit this link
