Description:

This meeting will be the first in a series of public forums hosted by the BPDA as part of the Article 80 Large Project Review Process for the proposed development.

The development team of The Community Builders (“TCB”) and Pine Street Inn (“PSI”) are proposing the build the 3368 Washington Street project in Jamaica Plain (“The Project”). The Project components include:
  • Approximately 225 affordable residential units: 140 units designated for supportive housing for individuals served by PSI. 85 units will be available to households earning between 60% and 80% AMI
  • Pine Street Inn will have a new office on-site for its case management staff and will provide intensive support services to the residents of the 140 supportive housing units.
  • 18,000 square feet of PSI office space on the ground floor and, community space and amenities for residents and approximately 60 parking spaces for vehicles, bike storage, and 13,400 square feet of outdoor space for residents
