Description:

Boston Pinnacle Properties, LLC propose to construct a six-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 21,557 square feet. The proposed project will have nineteen (19) housing units which includes three (3) IDP Units (affordable). In addition, the development will have 1,116 square feet of commercial retail space ten (10) garage parking spaces.
