Due to the pending snow storm, the Plan: Dudley Square Developer Presentation Community Meeting set for Saturday, March 2nd is CANCELLED. The Department of Neighborhood Development, Boston Planning and Development Agency and the Plan: Dudley Square Project Review Committee will reschedule the meeting at the earliest possible date, at which time a notice will be sent out. The PLAN: Dudley Square Project Review Committee (PDPRC), Department of Neighborhood Development (DND), and Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) invite you to a community meeting to view developer proposals in response to the recent Request for Proposals (RFP) for city vacant land in Dudley Square. At the second of two Saturday meetings, applicants will present their proposals and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and comment.
On March 2, 2019, proposals for 2147 Washington Street and 40–50 Warren Street will be reviewed.
If you are not able to attend in person, the meeting will be streamed online and viewable at: Boston.gov/Cable
On February 23, 2019, proposals for 135 Dudley Street and 75–81 Dudley Street were reviewed.
