Description:

Impact Advisory Group meeting for the Proposed Project at 20 West Fifth Street in South Boston. Trinity Green Development, LLC is proposing the construction of an approximately 78,432 square foot residential building comprised of approximately 54 units and ground-level garage parking for approximately 41 vehicles. The Impact Advisory Group last met with the Proponent in July. The Proponent will be presenting revised plans with some changes to garage access and egress.
