Landmark Center Open Space Public Meeting

The BPDA is postponing all BPDA-hosted public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning studies until further notice.

While projects will continue to be reviewed internally by BPDA staff, the public review process for both Article 80 development projects and the BPDA's planning studies is on hold until public meetings can be resumed.

Samuels & Associates (the Proponent) proposes the conversion of the Landmark Center existing surface parking lot to approximately 1.1 acres of publicly accessible space, including a new public plaza, enhanced pedestrian connectivity, improved access to the Fenway MBTA station, and much-needed activation of an underutilized portions of the Landmark Center frontage. As part of this proposal, the Proponent intends to convert a City-owned sliver parcel along Brookline Avenue into part of the park and public improvements.
