Description:

Trinity Green Investments, LLC proposes to construct a three-story, residential development totaling approximately 28,547 square feet. The proposed project will have fifty-two (52) studio rental units with a 100% Master Lease to the Pine Street Inn for chronically or formerly homeless and 55 years old or older individuals. In addition, the development will have at-grade, garage parking for up to eight (8) spaces.
