The NPC Project is envisioned as a single residential building located on the site of the existing parking garage. The current scheme, a 44-story structure, is approximately 447 feet tall and will provide a total of include approximately 517,700 square feet of residential space and approximately 470 units. The NPC Project includes studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and Three-bedroom units. The program will also include approximately 20,000 square feet of common area and amenity space for residents and approximately 2,300 square feet of retail space. The NPC Project includes a five level below-grade parking structure with public and residential parking spaces. The parking garage includes approximately 830 spaces.
