Memorandum of Agreement between Harvard, the BPDA, and the Massachusetts Department of Conservatio n and Recreation governing the transfer of funds and design and construction of pedestrian and bicycle crossings over Soldiers Field Road. This is a major public benefit funded by Harvard in connection with the 2013 Institutional Master Plan.
