309 Summit Ave LLC (the “Proponent”) proposes to construct a new 4-story building containing 19 residential condominium units, located at 309 Summit Avenue, in Brighton, totaling approximately 22,200 gross square feet including off-street parking for 11 vehicles, a dedicated bicycle storage room to store 24 bikes and a 1,400 square foot privately owned public space. The unit mix will consist of (8) one-bedroom units, (7) two-bedroom units and (4) three-bedroom units (the "Proposed Project").
