1270 Commonwealth Avenue

The Project involves demolition of the existing above ground structure and removal of the surface parking and the construction of a new residential building with ground level retail, fitness, walkout residential units and approximately 68 at grade parking spaces. The new six-story residential building will be approximately 70 feet tall and include approximately 189,000 square feet (sf) of gross floor area (GFA) and contain approximately 206 residential units.
