As part of Welcome Home, Boston Phase 3, the Boston Redevelopment Authority, doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”), is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals for the redevelopment and sale of 11 parcels of land. The parcels consist of seven (7) parcels owned by the Mayor’s Office of Housing located at 8 Eastman St, 63 Stoughton St and 1 Everett Ave in Dorchester; 64-66 Tampa St and Colchester St in Hyde Park; and four (4) parcels owned by the BPDA located at 19 Laurel St, 11-13 Catawba St, 14 Catawba St, and 100 Ruthven St in Roxbury, representing approximately 47,838 square feet of vacant land. The BPDA seeks to convey the Properties for the construction of residential homeownership units.
