BRA receives Project Notification Form from AvalonBay for 45 Stuart Street

AvalonBay filed a Project Notification Form (PNF) with the BRA for a development project located at 45 Stuart Street.  The 390,000 square foot proposed project includes 404 residential units in a 29-story building.  The new building would replace an existing surface parking lot.  With this project, the developer seeks to tie together the Downtown, Chinatown, and Theater District neighborhoods.  Inviting signage and lighting at the planned entrance would create an energetic and vibrant pedestrian zone for the area. Public Comments can be submitted in writing to Mr. Geoffrey Lewis, Senior Project Manager, BRA, Boston City Hall, Boston, MA 02201 or by email to [email protected] by September 12, 2011.
