Boston University Breaks Ground on East Campus Student Service Center

December 2, 2010. Boston University breaks ground at the future site of the $50 million East Campus Student Service Center. Located at 100 Bay State Road, the six-story, 106,000-square-foot structure will house state-of-the-art dining services and provide a new home for the University’s Career Services and Educational Resource Center (ERC). Construction, which is expected to produce 300 jobs over the span of 18 months, is slated to begin this winter, with an opening date set for fall 2012. Bruner/Cott & Associates are the designers of the building.
