This is a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project at 160 McClellan Highway, located in the East Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the project to the public in order to gather comments and feedback for the development team.
The proposed project consists of the demolition of an existing one-story warehouse structure and the construction of a new two-story building comprising approximately 152,500 square feet of gross floor area, with anticipated uses that include warehousing, receiving and distribution, and accessory office uses, as well as off-street surface parking for approximately ten vehicles and loading dock areas which shall include 24 loading docks, including eight dedicated truck chargers to support fully electric building to airport truck transfers.
