Project Description
The project will include the demolition of an existing one-story warehouse structure and the construction of a new two (2)-story building comprising approximately 154,000 square feet of gross floor area, with anticipated uses that include warehousing, receiving and distribution, and accessory office uses, as well as off-street surface parking for approximately ten (10) vehicles and loading dock areas which shall include eight (8) dedicated truck chargers to support fully electric building to airport truck transfers.
