The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed 29 High Street project located in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Notice of Project Change (NPC) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The proposed NPC will increase the building height and density of the Approved Project by 1 story. The resulting building would be 4-stories, 43 residential units with 26 below-grade garage vehicle parking spaces. The previously approved project was for a new three-story multifamily building to contain 31 residential condominium units with 23 accessory below-grade garage parking spaces.
