Description: The Planning Department is hosting a Virtual Public Meeting for the proposed project located at 80 Gardner Street in the Allston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public. The proposed project involves the construction of a new six-story, multi-family residential building comprising 36 units. Six of the residential units will be designated as affordable in compliance with the City of Boston’s Inclusionary Development Policy. The existing site currently includes 23 vehicular parking spaces, which will be retained. An additional 20 parking spaces are proposed as part of the new development, along with 50 bicycle parking spaces to support sustainable transportation options.
