The proposed project involves the construction of a new six-story, multi-family residential building comprising 36 units. Six of the residential units will be designated as affordable in compliance with the City of Boston’s Inclusionary Development Policy. The existing site currently includes 23 vehicular parking spaces, which will be retained. An additional 20 parking spaces are proposed as part of the new development, along with 50 bicycle parking spaces to support sustainable transportation options.
