It is being held to make up for noticing issues with the previous meeting.** The BPDA is hosting a public meeting for the proposed project at 475-511 Dorchester Avenue in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss project updates included in the Draft Project Impact Report (DPIR) filed with the BPDA on March 16, 2022. The meeting will include a 30-minute presentation followed by 60 minutes of public Q&A. The proposed project consists of the redevelopment of 9.1 acres of land along Dorchester Avenue into a multi-building, mixed-use development with a variety of uses including lab/research, residential, office, and other commercial uses, new public open space, new roadways, and public realm improvements.
