Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

This will be the initial meeting of the Impact Advisory Group ("IAG') and will serve as follow-up to the filing of the Project Notification Form ("PNF") for the proposed Mildred Hailey Phase One Development. The primary focus of the meeting will be an introduction/overview of the project and discussion of its components with the IAG and development team Centre Street Partners LLC.  

The meeting will be structured as a working session and opportunity for discussion between IAG and the development team. Time on the agenda will be allotted for question and comment from members of the public who might attend. A follow-up public meeting will also be held on November 5, 2020.
