Description:

Due to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) has postponed all in-person BPDA-held public meetings regarding Article 80 development projects and planning initiatives. View more information on the BPDA's COVID-19 response.

This is the second Impact Advisory Group (IAG) meeting in connection with the proposed Jan Karski Way Extension project (the "Proposed Project") in Dorchester. The Proposed Project as described in the Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed with the BPDA on January 31, 2020, consists of a mixed-use, multi-building development that will include approximately 406 residential units,16,910 square feet of retail space, and associated parking, landscape, streetscape, and utility improvements.

This meeting is open to members of the general public, however, please note that the purpose of this meeting is different from that of a traditional community meeting. As part of the development review process, IAG members work closely with BPDA staff to identify the impacts of a project and recommend appropriate community benefits to offset those impacts. IAG meetings prioritize discussion between the project proponent (i.e. the developer) and IAG members.
