The Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA” or “Authority”) is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the development of the former Winthrop Street parking garage (“the Property”), located in downtown Boston. The BRA is offering this property on behalf of the City of Boston (“the City"). The Property will be made available for redevelopment under the provisions of either a fee simple conveyance or a long term ground lease. The means and terms of the conveyance in either form will be negotiated among the City, the BRA and the designated developer.
On Monday, June 13, 2016 at 6:30 PM, a public open house was held at the Great Hall at Faneuil Hall, which allowed the six development teams who are vying for the chance to redevelop the property at 115 Winthrop Square an opportunity to present their concepts and answer questions about the proposals.
