Stanhope Hotel Holdings, LLC (the "Proponent") filed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with the Boston Planning & Development Agency ("BPDA") on September 11th, 2019 for the proposed redevelopment of the approximately 7,110 square foot property at 39 Stanhope Street in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston. The Proponent proposes the construction of a new, approximately 124,400 square foot, 300-key hotel with associated support areas.
