Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology ("BFIT") is proposing a relocation of the college to 1003-1013 Harrison Avenue in Roxbury, a site abutting Harrison Avenue to the southeast, Eustis Street to the southwest, and the Eustis Street Firehouse and Eliot Burying Ground to the northwest. The Project proposes a new 3-story building of classrooms, labs, workshops and offices.
