Project Description

The Proposed Project is to construct a new four (4) story residential building, composed of forty-four (44) residential units and accessory parking below grade at the basement level. A total of forty-four (44) parking spaces will be provided. Two existing parcels will be combined to form the project site creating a 22,890 square foot lot. The Proposed Project will be approximately 48,463 square feet in Gross Square Feet.
