South Boston PDA Master Plan
The Proposed Project will transform approximately six acres of underutilized industrial space and surface parking areas into a thriving destination in South Boston, which will bring new residents, workers, and visitors to support new residential and retail uses and create activity and foot traffic on local streets. The Proposed Project includes four (4) new residential buildings comprising a total of approximately 1.84 million square feet (SF) of gross floor area (GFA), including approximately 1,945 new residential units, 45,000 SF of retail space, and underground parking. The proposed development program will also feature significant public realm improvements, infrastructure, vehicle and bike parking, and street network and site access.
