Raymond L Flynn Marine Park ("RLFMP") Streetscape Improvements Construction
RLFMP Streetscape Improvements project proposes improvements to areas of the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park (“RLFMP) for alignment of the streetscape standards of the City of Boston as part of an ongoing effort to transfer the streets. The proposed streetscape improvements design provides significant improvements to safety and functionality by redesigning the Dolphin Way, sidewalk and crossing configurations on Drydock Avenue, sidewalk and crossing configurations for on Black Falcon Avenue and Terminal Street, and access and parking improvements to Parcel C1A on Terminal Street which is occupied by Boston Police Department Harbor Patrol.
