The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to solicit proposals for the disposition (sale) and redevelopment of vacant land owned by the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (“BPDA”). This land consists of approximately 1,886 square feet of vacant land, South End Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-56, Parcel RR-95, known as 36 Hammond St in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston ("Property").
The BPDA seeks to convey the Property in order to convert the vacant land into a residential use. Proposals will be subject to review and approval by the BPDA, as well as applicable planning and zoning controls, and the development objectives and guidelines described in the RFP.
