The BPDA is seeking Construction Management services for the Little Mystic Channel Harborwalk Extension project to ensure the quality control of construction in accordance with project plans and specifications. This project proposes to complete a missing section of the Boston Harborwalk along the Little Mystic Channel, located in Charlestown, Massachusetts along the northeast corner of the Little Mystic Channel, abutting Terminal Street to the East, the Autoport to the North, and existing Harborwalk to the West. This parcel is known as Parcel P-8 under the Boston Redevelopment Authority. The Harborwalk extension will provide pedestrian connectivity in this area of Charlestown where there are several busy truck routes and
limited public sidewalks.
