12 Channel Street Electrical Service Upgrade
This project seeks to upgrade the building's entire electrical distribution system and incoming service to meet our future demands and alleviate our present issues. The house switch board currently distributes at 480V and steps down through several transformers to provide power to the tenants and building's systems excluding the elevator systems running at 480V.
