In accordance with the Charlestown Navy Yard Master Plan, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) requested approval for the advertisement and issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire an engineering design consultant for Pier 5. The BPDA Board approved this request on October 13, 2022.
