The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) proposes a change of use to a previously approved residential project. The proponent proposes to construct two 250-room hotels that will share amenities on the ground floor, and an approximately 1,350-space BCEC replacement parking garage with ground floor retail.   BRA/EDIC Board Meeting
