Director Meade Celebrates New Life Sciences Company in Innovation District

Today BRA Director Peter Meade celebrated the opening of KeraFAST, Inc., a life sciences research product company. KeraFAST relocated its headquarters from Winston Salem, NC to Drydock Shared Labs in the Innovation District.  LifeTech, Mayor Menino's life sciences program, assisted KeraFAST, Inc with site selection. KeraFAST, Inc will be leasing 3,000 square feet on second floor of 27 Drydock Avenue. With the addition of KeraFAST the the 37,000 square foot floor is fully leased and houses 10 life sciences and clean tech companies. KeraFAST has 4 employees and specializes in offering unique bioreagents and rare laboratory research materials and services. Director Meade cut the ribbon on the business alongside KeraFAST, Inc President and CEO, Robert Bondaryk, Ph.D., Susan Windham-Bannister, Ph.D., President & CEO of the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center,  and Kendalle Burlin O’Connell, Director of Strategic Alliances/In-House Counsel for MassBio.
