Change filed for Project in Innovation District

The developer of 319 A Street Rear in the Innovation District has filed a Notice of Project Change (NPC). The revised project plans submitted by 319 ASR, LLC call for a reduction in the number of floors in the building from 21 to 20, a decrease in the total project square footage from 212,610 to 201,110, and an increase in the number of residential units from 184 to approximately 202.  The project includes a four-level parking garage. 319 A Street Rear was previously approved by the BRA Board in December 2010.  Public comments on the project must be submitted to the BRA Project Manager Geoffrey Lewis by Monday, November 14, 2011.
