Apartment Building Proposal Filed for Allston/Brighton

The Mount Vernon Company has filed a Project Notification Form (PNF) to develop 60-66 Brainerd Road, an address at the crossroads of the Allston and Brighton neighborhoods. The developer is proposing to demolish an existing one story warehouse to construct a 4-story, 83,542 square foot apartment building with 79 loft style units.  The plan also calls for 79 parking spaces both below and at grade.  The proposed development would add a new, modern, LEED Silver certifiable option to the neighborhood.
