Please join the Planning Department for a public meeting on the new draft residential zoning updates, released as part of the Neighborhood Housing Zoning Initiative. These proposed updates focus on the residential areas of Hyde Park.
During this meeting, City staff will help you and your neighbors navigate the updated zoning so you can feel confident to share your questions and feedback throughout the comment period.

These draft updates are designed to make zoning rules clearer and more flexible while ensuring that new growth fits into the neighborhood.
The draft zoning map and text will be available online shortly before community meetings begin on July 20. Notification will be sent out once this draft zoning text and map is available.
