This is a Public Meeting for the proposed Small Project Change for 3326 Washington Street, located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Change and the potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The Proposed Project, as amended by the May 20th 2026, Notice of Project Change (NPC), calls for the construction of a five (5)-story residential building totaling approximately 43,825 Gross Square Feet and including approximately forty-six (46) residential rental units, nine (9) of which will be Inclusionary Development Policy Units.
