This is a Planning Department sponsored Public Meeting to discuss the proposal located at
85 Parker Hill Avenue in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of this Public Meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) filed February 13th, 2026 and its potential impacts.
The Proposed development fully renovates the existing building for use as multi-family housing (114 apartments) with additions within the existing courtyard for additional apartments, a new vestibule and primary entrance on Parker Hill Avenue. The project will add 3 off street parking spaces (one short-term visitor) for 10 total, 114 indoor bike storage spaces and 24 exterior bike spaces.
