Project Description

The proposed development fully renovates the existing building for use as multi-family housing (114 apartments) with additions within the existing courtyard for additional apartments and new vestibule and primary entrance on Parker Hill Avenue. The project will add 3 off street parking spaces (one short-term visitor) for 10 total, 114 indoor bike storage spaces and 24 exterior bike spaces fully complying with the Boston bike guidelines.
