The Boston Planning Department is hosting a virtual public meeting for the proposed 95 Berkeley Street project located in the South End neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.
The Project is an office to residential conversion project. The Proponent is 95 Berkeley OTR LLC. The proposed project will include the creation of approximately ninety-two (92) residential units on the upper floors of the existing building with the first-floor level containing an office use, up to 1,700 square feet of retail space, and supporting residential functions.
