Description:

This is a public meeting for the proposed 9 Geneva Street project, located in the East Boston neighborhood. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the overall project, the recent Notice of Project Change, and the potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the public.

On July 23, 2025, In reviewing the current economic climate, the Developer seeks to amend the project from an approved rental program to condominium home ownership. Accordingly, the Developer hereby submits this request and Notice of
Project Change (“NPC”) for review and approval by the BPDA Board to amend the project description and approve an Affordable Housing Agreement and Restriction to reflect the change from a rental project to a condominium project.
