Description:

Public Meeting to discuss the Shawmut Avenue/Washington Street Block project will include three (3) buildings with a combined total maximum of 660,456 square feet of Gross Floor Area (the “Proposed Project”). The project site encompasses 112 Shawmut Avenue (192,600 sf), 50 Herald Street (263,100 sf), and 120 Shawmut Avenue (161,516 sf).
