Description:

West Broadway Theatre, LLC proposes to construct a six-story, mixed-use development totaling approximately 44,000 square feet. The proposed project will have forty-two (42) rental units including five (5) IDP Units and one (1) commercial/ retail space. In addition, the development will have below-grade, garage parking for up to forty-two (42) spaces.

An alternate date of Thursday, February 9 at 6:30 PM is scheduled in the event of inclement weather on February 2.
